As part of its global expansion, Pay10 has established a new regional office in Morocco, which is preparing to launch its payment activities in full compliance with Bank Al-Maghrib's regulations. Pay10 Morocco will introduce innovative and seamless payment solutions for consumers, agents, and merchants, combining the group's international expertise with Morocco's dynamic and expanding financial ecosystem.

About the role

As an Onboarding Specialist within Pay10 Morocco's Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new business clients integrating with our payment solutions. This role focuses on managing the end-to-end documentation process while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, including KYC/KYB, AML, and PCI-DSS. You will work closely with internal teams to facilitate KYB verification, account opening, technical integration of our payment solutions and provide clients with a smooth onboarding process.

Your expertise in digital payments, mobile wallets, and fintechs will ensure that Pay10 Morocco's business clients receive high-quality service, with a focus on regulatory compliance, efficiency, and timely communication. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities to optimize and enhance the onboarding workflow, ensuring superior client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the onboarding process for new business clients, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met for payment solution integration.
  • Review and verify the completeness of onboarding documentation, including KYB, AML, and PCI-DSS compliance materials.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the onboarding process, addressing any queries related to the payment solution integration.
  • Coordinate technical onboarding activities such as device configuration, API integrations, platform setups, and configuration with Pay10's development and operations teams.
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients regarding the status of their onboarding.
  • Maintain organized and accurate records of all onboarding activities within Pay10 Morocco's internal platform and ensure proper documentation storage for audit purposes.
  • Collaborate with the Compliance and Legal teams to stay updated on regulations affecting onboarding and payments, ensuring processes remain aligned with the latest industry standards.
  • Proactively identify areas of improvement in the onboarding process, focusing on streamlining procedures to enhance client experience.
  • Generate and present regular reports on onboarding progress, key challenges, and KPIs to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in onboarding, operations, or compliance roles within payment institutions, fintech, or digital banking.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce and POS payment solutions, mobile wallets, and digital payment acceptance.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements including KYC/KYB, AML, and PCI-DSS.
  • Experience with technical integration processes, such as device configuration, API onboarding, payment solutions or similar services.
  • Familiarity with using CRM and documentation management systems for tracking onboarding progress and maintaining compliance.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in managing documentation and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to guide clients through the technical and compliance aspects of onboarding.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to mitigating onboarding challenges.
