We are looking for

Plant Manager

at one of our locations in EMEA region - Morocco

Your tasks:

As Plant Manager, you will lead and optimize all production operations, ensuring maximum efficiency, top quality, and on-time delivery through Lean principles and continuous improvement. You will drive operational excellence across manufacturing, materials management, and safety, achieving KPI and cost targets while fostering a high-performing and engaged team culture.

• Establishes and executes strategies and tactics focused on Lean principles, customer experience, materials management, capacity planning, production scheduling, quality, cost reduction, automation, on-time delivery, safety, and employee relations.

• Monitors performance through KPIs to ensure progress toward objectives and identifies issues requiring attention.

• Ensures compliance with company standards and all regulations related to cost control, quality, safety, environmental responsibility, inventory management, waste reduction, and the Code of Conduct.

• Oversees daily plant operations to achieve KPI and budget targets, ensuring optimal site performance and adherence to organizational expenditure requirements.

• Implements global standards and guidelines while recommending and executing strategic changes in alignment with the General Manager.

• Builds, develops, and leads operational teams and leaders to deliver strategies, enhance employee relations, and strengthen organizational capabilities.

• Identifies organizational issues, recommends solutions, and fosters a collaborative, high-performance, and engaging work environment.

• Provides leadership in problem resolution and promotes open communication and cooperation across all levels of the organization.

• Supports Regional, Global, and Heat Pump strategies by aligning daily operations with future business demands and industry standards.

Job requirements

• Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering

• Work Experience: More than 10 years in manufacturing operations. More than 5 years leading a plant or larger production setup

• Strong skills in operational management, lean principles, and understanding of financials

• Strong automotive manufacturing background

• Ability to establish strategies and tactics focused on lean principles, customer experience, materials management, capacity planning, production scheduling, quality, cost reduction, automation, on-time delivery, safety, and employee relations

• Strategic thinking and ability to recommend and implement operational changes

• Languages: English - advanced, Arabic - fluent
