We're looking for a Project Manager who thrives in the world of Agile, Scrum, and operational excellence to help us drive projects from concept to execution with clarity and precision.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of integration and automation projects, ensuring smooth operations across the board.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews) and guide teams in living the Agile mindset.
  • Manage sprint backlogs, workflows, and KPIs to keep cross-functional teams aligned and stakeholders informed.
  • Partner with developers, consultants, and clients to remove blockers, reduce risks, and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Introduce and optimize operational processes that improve scalability, efficiency, and team performance.
  • Ensure clear, consistent documentation and communication for all stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of project management experience, ideally in tech, SaaS, or integration environments.
  • Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and proven experience managing sprints.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, operations oversight, and process optimization.
  • Comfortable with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
  • Strong communicator who can bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Proactive problem-solver who thrives on bringing structure to complex challenges.

Nice to Have

  • Certifications in CSM, PMI-ACP, or PMP.
  • Experience working with integration platforms or SaaS environments.
  • Background in change management or process improvement.
