We're looking for a Project Manager who thrives in the world of Agile, Scrum, and operational excellence to help us drive projects from concept to execution with clarity and precision.
What You'll Do
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of integration and automation projects, ensuring smooth operations across the board.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews) and guide teams in living the Agile mindset.
- Manage sprint backlogs, workflows, and KPIs to keep cross-functional teams aligned and stakeholders informed.
- Partner with developers, consultants, and clients to remove blockers, reduce risks, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Introduce and optimize operational processes that improve scalability, efficiency, and team performance.
- Ensure clear, consistent documentation and communication for all stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of project management experience, ideally in tech, SaaS, or integration environments.
- Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and proven experience managing sprints.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, operations oversight, and process optimization.
- Comfortable with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
- Strong communicator who can bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solver who thrives on bringing structure to complex challenges.
Nice to Have
- Certifications in CSM, PMI-ACP, or PMP.
- Experience working with integration platforms or SaaS environments.
- Background in change management or process improvement.
