Mission

Missions Principales :


•       Assurer le dénouement des compensations quotidiennes locales HPSS pour les retraits et les paiements.


•       Assurer le dénouement des compensations quotidiennes CMI relatives aux crédits commerçants pour les cartes étrangères via notre compte en devises chez le correspondant.


•       Assurer le dénouement des compensations quotidiennes CMI relatives aux crédits commerçants pour les cartes locales.


•       Assurer le dénouement des compensations quotidiennes pour les retraits et paiements internationaux Visa et Mastercard via notre compte en devises chez le correspondant.


•       Assurer le dénouement des compensations quotidiennes locales retraits et paiements pour ARREDA (Association des Réseaux de Retrait et de Dépôt Automatiques).


•       Etablissement des DTEL relatifs aux chats et cessions des devises.


•       Saisies des DTEL au niveau AMARIL


•       Effectuer le suivi et le traitement hebdomadaire des écarts des inventaires GAB/DAB (Guichet Automatique de Banque/Distributeurs Automatiques de Billets) pour les retraits et les dépôts.


•       Assurer le traitement des réclamations clients dans les délais fixés par les SLA (Service Level Agreements): 

Retraits effectués par les clients CDM chez GAB CDM

Retraits effectués par les clients CDM chez GAB confrères (chargeback émetteur)

Paiements auprès des commerçant locaux (chargeback émetteur)

Retraits et paiements effectués par des clients CDM à l'étranger (chargeback émetteur)

Des dépôts GAB

Mise à disposition vers GAB CDM

Cartes non reçu ou non opérationnelles

Réclamations des clients Arreda


•       Gérer le traitement des chargebacks Acquéreur Visa, Mastercard.


•       Gérer le traitement des chargebacks Acquéreur confrères


•       Traiter les indicateurs de surveillance E/M Banking et les KPI (Key Performance Indicators) CDMEXPRESS.


•       Suivi des échanges de conciergerie avec les prestataires externes


•       Suivi des réclamations blocage carte, PIN et paiements


•       Etablissement des BIlans


•       Gestion des cartes capturées sur GAB


•       Traitement des Avis de suspens liées aux traitements de fichiers LIS CMI et HPS.
