About the Role:
Provide high-quality customer support to Spanish-speaking customers, ensuring a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Spanish.
- Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions.
- Handle complaints and escalate when necessary.
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems.
- Adhere to service quality standards and collaborate with team members.
Requirements:
- Excellent command of Spanish and English (spoken and written).
- 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
