Le QA Manager est responsable de la qualité et de la conformité des livrables, en structurant et en industrialisant les pratiques de tests manuels et automatisés, afin de réduire les anomalies, fiabiliser la production et renforcer la confiance des clients.
Responsabilités
Responsabilités principales Définir et déployer la stratégie QA (tests unitaires, intégration, E2E). Encadrer et accompagner les équipes QA (testeurs et automaticiens). Intégrer les tests automatisés dans les pipelines CI/CD. Suivre les indicateurs qualité (taux de couverture, anomalies en prod). Collaborer étroitement avec Dev et Data pour anticiper les risques.
Qualifications
QA Manager confirmé (5+ ans en QA, 2+ ans en management). Rigoureux, orienté résultats et qualité perçue. Capable de challenger les Dev et d'industrialiser une culture QA.
Compétences clés
Test automation et intégration CI/CD.
Structuration d'une approche QA à l'échelle.
Management d'équipe qualité.
