Mission principale

  • KĀRRY Mobility révolutionne la mobilité urbaine au Maroc à travers une plateforme digitale qui centralise location, assurance et services connectés. En tant que CTO, tu es le co-architecte du produit et le garant de toute la stratégie technologique.
  • Tu transformes une vision ambitieuse en un produit robuste, scalable et centré sur l'utilisateur.

Responsabilités clés :

Architecture & Développement

  • Définir la stack technique complète (mobile, backend, cloud, API).
  • Concevoir et livrer le MVP (rapidité, fiabilité, évolutivité).
  • Mettre en place les normes de code, sécurité, documentation et CI/CD.
  • Gérer les prestataires externes (dev, QA, cloud) si besoin.

Vision Produit & Innovation

  • Traduire la vision business du fondateur en feuille de route technique.
  • Garantir la cohérence entre produit, performance et expérience utilisateur.
  • Intégrer progressivement les modules clés (assurance connectée, leasing, suivi GPS, paiements).
  • Identifier les innovations stratégiques : IA, data, automatisation, intégrations API.

Management & Organisation

  • Structurer et faire grandir l'équipe tech (dev, designer, QA).
  • Instaurer une culture produit : test & learn, agilité, ownership.
  • Créer les process internes : sprint agile, versioning, documentation claire.

Sécurité & Performance

  • Gérer l'architecture cloud et la sécurité des données.
  • Garantir la conformité RGPD et les bonnes pratiques de data management.
  • Optimiser les coûts d'infrastructure et la performance applicative.

Profil recherché

Formation & Expérience

  • Bac +5 en informatique, ingénierie logicielle ou équivalent.
  • 5+ ans d'expérience en développement full-stack ou mobile.
  • Expérience startup (idéalement CTO / Lead Dev dans une phase MVP).

Compétences techniques

  • Stack recommandé : / NestJS / React Native / PostgreSQL / AWS.
  • Bonne maîtrise des API REST, de la gestion mobile/web, et des architectures scalables.
  • Expérience en DevOps / CI-CD / Docker / monitoring cloud.
  • Connaissances solides en sécurité et gestion de la data.
