Description du poste

Nous recherchons un Project Manager chargé d'accompagner l'onboarding des marques FMCG ainsi que d'autres fournisseurs de services (prestataires, retailers, partenaires opérationnels).

Votre rôle sera d'assurer la coordination opérationnelle et commerciale entre les marques partenaires, l'équipe interne et les différentes parties prenantes du projet. Vous serez responsable de la bonne intégration des offres, de la qualité de la relation client et de la rétention des partenaires.

Missions principales

  • Gérer l'ensemble du processus d'onboarding des marques FMCG : réunions, recueil des besoins, cadrage du projet.
  • Construire et présenter les offres commerciales, argumentaires et supports nécessaires à l'intégration des marques.
  • Assurer la coordination continue avec les partenaires (e-mails, réunions, suivi régulier).
  • Collecter, structurer et prioriser les besoins des partenaires, et les traduire en briefs business et fonctionnels à destination des équipes internes.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes Produit, Marketing et Data pour garantir la bonne mise en place des campagnes et des offres.
  • Suivre la performance, analyser les résultats et formuler des plans d'amélioration.
  • Assurer la rétention des partenaires FMCG, identifier les opportunités de croissance et anticiper les risques.
  • Élaborer un reporting régulier destiné à la direction.

Profil recherché

  • Minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire (FMCG, marketing, account management, retail media, agence, startup tech).
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, coordination et gestion de projet.
  • Capacité à comprendre rapidement les enjeux business des marques.
  • Aisance dans la préparation de présentations (Google Slides / PowerPoint).
  • Organisation, autonomie, sens du détail et forte orientation résultats.
  • Une expérience dans l'écosystème promotions consommateurs ou retail est un plus.
