Remote | Entry Level + High Commissions
We are hiring one highly motivated Office Assistant to work directly with the CEO on an international fine art and luxury exhibition project.
This role is not administrative-only. It is a front-facing, revenue-linked position with real exposure to media, institutions, and decision-makers.
Core Responsibilities
- Contact fine art and luxury media outlets (magazines, platforms, editorial desks)
- Propose cross-marketing and media exchange partnerships
- Draft and distribute press releases
- Research and approach decision makers (editors, publishers, directors)
- Liaise with Ministries of Culture & Tourism when required
- Coordinate appointments, itineraries, and executive communications
- Support CEO-level correspondence with high-level stakeholders
- Track outreach results and media responses
Compensation
- Entry-level base pay
- Commission per confirmed application generated through your outreach
- Strong performers can earn up to USD 40,000 in commissions within 6 months
Ideal Profile
- Excellent written and spoken English (Arabic is a strong plus; other languages welcome)
- Comfortable communicating with C-level executives and institutions
- Strong writing skills (press releases, formal emails)
- Confident researcher and communicator
- Passport ready (potential international travel)
- Art, luxury, marketing, or show production background is a plus
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
