Missions principales

  • Assurer le support technique de niveau 1 et 2 pour les applications internes.
  • Analyser et corriger les incidents signalés par les utilisateurs.
  • Développer de petits correctifs ou scripts d'automatisation (PHP, Python).
  • Documenter les procédures et solutions mises en place.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes de développement pour faire remonter les besoins d'amélioration.

Compétences requises

  • Connaissance de PHP/Symfony ou Angular
  • Bases en SQL et en scripts (Bash / Python)
  • Sens du service et bonne communication
  • Capacité à diagnostiquer rapidement un problème technique

Profil recherché

  • Bac+2/3 en informatique ou équivalent
  • Première expérience en support IT ou développement souhaitée
  • Organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et orienté(e) solution
