Leadership opérationnel -Superviser les opérations quotidiennes de livraison et de mobilité. -Garantir la fiabilité du service, la disponibilité de la flotte et une exécution irréprochable. -Suivre, analyser et améliorer en continu les indicateurs clés (taux d'acceptation, annulations, délais, revenus partenaires).
Stratégie et pilotage par la donnée -Identifier les leviers de performance via une approche analytique rigoureuse. -Concevoir et implémenter des solutions scalables pour optimiser les processus et maximiser la productivité. -Lancer des expérimentations, mesurer leur impact et généraliser les meilleures pratiques.
Gestion et développement des partenaires -Définir et exécuter une stratégie d'acquisition, d'intégration et de rétention des meilleurs partenaires (chauffeurs, livreurs, retailers). -Comprendre et anticiper leurs besoins pour renforcer leur engagement et leur performance. -Garantir une intégration fluide, des process automatisés et un suivi relationnel de qualité.
Collaboration interfonctionnelle -Travailler étroitement avec les équipes Centrales , Produit, Marketing, Finance et Expansion pour lancer de nouvelles fonctionnalités et initiatives. -Porter les projets qui améliorent directement l'expérience des partenaires et des clients.
Management & développement des équipes -Encadrer, faire grandir et responsabiliser les équipes locales sur l'ensemble des verticales. -Recruter, former et développer les meilleurs talents opérationnels. -Créer une culture d'excellence, d'autonomie et de performance durable.
Profil recherché
- Diplôme en ingénierie, commerce, management ou statistiques, ou expérience équivalente.
- 5+ ans d'expérience dans un rôle de management opérationnel, logistique ou marketplace.
- Expérience confirmée dans la mise à l'échelle d'une activité ou la gestion de processus complexes.
- Solides compétences analytiques et décisionnelles, avec une approche orientée résultats.
- Expérience en leadership, capable d'inspirer, de fédérer et de développer des équipes performantes.
- Excellentes aptitudes de communication en français, anglais (intermédiaire).
- Organisation, rigueur et sang-froid dans les environnements exigeants et à forte croissance.
- Une expérience multinationale ou startup à forte croissance est un plus.
