You'll be the driving force behind creating, managing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results. You will play a vital role in expanding our online presence, engaging audiences across platforms, and generating qualified business leads.

Your first major project will focus on launching innovative AI-driven products into both local and international markets.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

Campaign Creation & Management

• Design, execute, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and content marketing channels.
• Develop creative, data-backed strategies to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.

Social Media Management

• Oversee all social media platforms, including content creation (graphics, copy, and short-form video), scheduling, and paid advertising.
• Build and nurture an engaged online community while optimizing content for reach and conversion.

Lead Generation & Nurturing

• Develop and refine campaigns that attract and convert qualified leads (MQLs).
• Manage marketing funnels and automation sequences to support the sales pipeline.

Analytics & Performance Optimization

• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Provide actionable insights to continuously improve engagement, CTR, CPL, and ROAS.

Product Launch Campaigns

• Lead digital and social media initiatives for AI product launches.
• Coordinate cross-channel marketing activities to ensure strong visibility in both local and international markets.

Content Development

• Create compelling, on-brand content for social media, ads, email newsletters, and website updates.
• Collaborate with creative teams to maintain consistent messaging and visual identity.

Sales Collaboration

• Work closely with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with sales objectives.
• Ensure seamless lead handoff and support conversion efforts through targeted communication.

What You'll Bring (Qualifications)

• Proven experience managing successful digital marketing and social media campaigns.
• Proficiency in social media management and advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, email marketing (Mailchimp, Sendinblue), and analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
• Excellent copywriting skills and a strong design sense (experience with Canva is highly valued).
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret insights and adjust strategies.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative startup environment while managing multiple projects.
• Fluency in English and French preferred.
