Purpose of the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Executive
to join our team at Wilo Maroc. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and promotional programs to raise brand awareness and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles and be able to apply them effectively to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation:
    Design and produce high-quality marketing materials for both digital and print using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
  • Multimedia:
    Capture and edit professional photo and video content for campaigns, social media, websites, and events using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro and Lightroom.
  • Presentations:
    Create engaging PowerPoint presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Campaign Management:
    Support marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, web, email, and print.
  • Event Coordination:
    Coordinate and manage our participation in events and trade fairs, including booth setup and logistics.
  • Website Management:
    Ensure the company website is up to date with accurate content, news, and product information.
  • Sales Support:
    Assist sales teams by providing essential marketing materials like brochures, catalogs, and promotional giveaways.
  • Content Strategy:
    Develop and manage a marketing content calendar to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with business goals.
  • Vendor Relations:
    Manage relationships with marketing service suppliers, including vendor evaluation and negotiation to ensure cost-efficiency and quality.
  • Performance Analysis:
    Track and report on marketing performance to optimize content, campaign ROI, and audience engagement.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience
    in a marketing role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly proficient with digital platforms, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint).
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
  • Basic knowledge of photography and videography, with video editing skills being a plus.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-driven with a fast-learning capability.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop new and creative marketing and communications ideas.
