Your Missions:

  • Analyze HR needs and contribute to drafting functional specifications.
  • Participate in the implementation or evolution of HRIS modules (payroll, talent management, reporting).
  • Perform testing and validation of solutions prior to deployment.
  • Provide user support and assist with change management.
  • Contribute to improving HR processes through digital tools and automation.
  • Produce HR reports and indicators (Power BI, Excel, etc.).

Profile We're Looking For:

  • Final-year student in engineering school, business school, or university with a specialization in HRIS, information systems, HR, or data.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (including macros) and ideally BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Knowledge of HRIS solutions (Workday, HR Access, etc.) is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset, rigor, and service orientation.
  • Fluency in French and English is mandatory
