We are hiring on behalf of our partner in the technology sector and are looking for an Audit Remediation Analyst to take on the following responsibilities :

  • Audit remediation:
    - Track and support remediation of internal and external audit findings
    - Ensure timely closure of findings and alignment with agreed action plans
    Internal Control compliance:
    - Monitor adherence to internal control requirements
    - Prepare compliance status reports for management
  • Security vulnerability remediation:
    - Follow-up on remediation actions for IT and security vulnerabilities
    - Consolidate vulnerability status reporting across products
  • Risk monitoring:
    - Maintain and update project risk registers
    - Monitor regular risk monitoring dashboards
  • Expected deliverables: 
    Monthly/quarterly dashboards (excel) on compliance, audit remediation and risk status
    Action plan tracking logs and closure reports
    Consolidated vulnerability remediation progress report

Profile required

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Master's degree in audit, information systems, cybersecurity, risk management or 
    a related field
    - 1-2 years of experience in an audit firm (big Four or equivalent) is highly desirable
    - Previous exposure to compliance, IT risk, or security-related projects in a 
    corporate environment is a plus
    - Knowledge/experience in identity & access management environments
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years as an Audit Analyst
 

Skills & Expertise:

  • Languages: Fluent French English is mandatory
  • Soft skills:
    - Strong communication skills (written and verbal in English)
    - Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders (IT security, audit, risks, internal 
    control, management)
    - Structured, detail-oriented, and capable of synthesizing complex information
    - Proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
    - Team player with the ability to work in a multicultural environment
  • Technical skills:
    - Knowledge of internal control frameworks (e.g. SOX, ISO 27001, NIST)
    - Familiarity with IT security vulnerability management and risk assessment 
    processes
    - Understanding of audit methodologies and follow-up processes
    - Understanding of IAM products and services (active directory, identity lifecycle 
    tools, authentication systems)
    - Strong skills in reporting tools (excel, power point, power BI)
    - Ability to analyze and interpret audit findings, risk registers and remediation plans
