MyOutDesk is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Accountant with a Finance Degree to join our international BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) team. In this important position, you will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions and ensuring financial compliance for our range of global clients.

Key Responsibilities Handle comprehensive accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and month-end closing
Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports to management and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with international regulations and accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP)
Conduct financial audits and assist in the preparation of audit documentation
Collaborate with the finance team to develop budgeting and forecasting processes
Optimize financial processes and contribute to system upgrades and implementations
Support ad hoc requests and analysis to support decision-making and operational efficiency
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is required (Master's degree or professional accounting qualifications preferred)
2+ years of experience in accounting/finance, ideally within an international BPO or similar environment
Fluency in English is a must; with strong communication skills in a US Business Environment
Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or equivalent) and Excel
Deep understanding of international accounting standards and regulations
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with high attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently manage multiple tasks
Positive attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced, changing environment
