Poste : Product Specialist Hématologie

Rattaché(e) directement au Business Manager, vous serez en charge de la promotion des produits d'hématologie auprès des professionnels de santé, en particulier dans le milieu hospitalier. Vos principales missions seront :

  • Assurer la promotion des produits d'hématologie auprès des spécialistes hospitaliers.
  • Apporter un accompagnement scientifique aux praticiens hospitaliers en répondant à leurs questions sur les produits.
  • Définir et mettre en œuvre des plans d'action sectoriels en cohérence avec les objectifs nationaux et régionaux (ciblage, allocation des ressources, etc.).
  • Garantir une transmission efficace et pertinente des informations aux professionnels de santé
  • Représenter l'entreprise lors de congrès scientifiques séminaires et sessions de formation continue.
  • Contribuer activement à l'obtention de référencements des produits au sein des établissements hospitaliers de votre secteur.
  • Suivre les performances commerciales, analyser les écarts par rapport aux objectifs fixés et proposer les ajustements nécessaires.

Profil recherché

  • Formation scientifique (Bac+3 à Bac+4), idéalement complétée par une spécialisation en commerce ou en marketing.
  • Expérience confirmée d'au moins 5 ans dans une fonction similaire.
  • Expérience obligatoire dans le secteur hospitalier.
  • Bonne connaissance du marché pharmaceutique au Maroc.
  • Maîtrise du français à l'oral comme à l'écrit ; la connaissance de l'anglais est un atout (lecture de publications et études scientifiques).
