As a Telecom Software Solution Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions tailored for the telecommunication industry. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements, creating software architecture, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

Missions et responsabilités :

  • To be the technical owner for software product delivery, distinguish project risk and resolve technical issues.
  • Responsible for Value-Added Service (SMSC, USSD, RBT, VMS) maintenance, including Infra (servers, storage, Lan switch, Firewall, OS, Database, VM, FS), Software.
  • Responsible for the VAS (SMSC, USSD, RBT, VMS) technical issue solving, rectification, daily monitoring, KPI report, Spare part replacement and customer equipment follow up.
  • Responsible for the VAS (SMSC, USSD, RBT, VMS) planned maintenance jobs, including the health check, DR switchover test, dust clean, emergency recovery guide and topology update, emergency recovery drilling test etc.
  • Responsible for the VAS (SMSC, USSD, RBT, VMS) maintenance document summary and update, include the cases sharing, guidance for typical issues etc.
  • Responsible for the VAS (SMSC, USSD, RBT, VMS) maintenance communication with customers, including the issues tracking, RCA report output and communicate with customers, customer satisfaction management.
  • To be responsible for project delivery, including solution design, software commissioning, system integration, business configuration and testing.
  • to be responsible for the Maintenance of the delivery platform and ensure the customer services.
  • Have a deep interest in Technology and willing to think about ways to solve problems.

Compétences techniques :

  • Familiar with System server (Windows, Linux), SAN/NAS storages, Network Switch, Firewall, Oracle database.
  • Familiar with private cloud, NFV, NFVI.
  • Familiar with VAS (SMSC, USSD, RBT, VMS) product architecture, knowing deeply the solution, and can transfer customer requirement to technical documentation, can analyze the solution possibility, output solution archived function.
  • Familiar with VAS (SMSC, USSD, VMS, RBT) Products, service flow, structure.
  • Familiar with VAS (SMSC, USSD, RBT, VMS) system installation, service commissioning, integration test and maintenance.
  • Familiar with the delivery methodology and Maintenance process
  • Attitude, and communication ability, and be interested in learning new technologies and conquering difficulties.

Profil recherché :

Engineer or master's degree in Telecom/networking field

3 years' experience with relevant Telecom Software experience, such as software engineering, information security and communication

Fluent in both English and French is mandatory.
