Nous recherchons un
Senior Software Engineer spécialisé en Python, .NET et Intelligence Artificielle
pour rejoindre notre équipe à Kénitra.

La personne sélectionnée participera à la conception, au développement et à l'évolution d'applications robustes, sécurisées et intelligentes, intégrant des technologies modernes d'IA comme le
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
et les modèles de langage (
LLMs
).

Ce rôle est stratégique pour améliorer la productivité, l'efficacité et la qualité de nos solutions, en apportant une expertise technique de haut niveau sur le backend et l'intégration de l'IA.


Responsabilités principales

  • Concevoir, développer et maintenir des applications en
    Python
    et
    .NET (C#)
    .
  • Intégrer des solutions d'
    IA
    dans les applications (LLMs, RAG, embeddings, NLP, etc.).
  • Concevoir et maintenir des
    APIs RESTful
    et microservices.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes Produit en Espagne, QA et DevOps pour assurer la qualité et la scalabilité.
  • Participer aux décisions d'architecture logicielle et à l'adoption de technologies innovantes.
  • Encadrer les développeurs juniors et partager les bonnes pratiques de clean code et IA.
  • Optimiser la performance, la sécurité et l'évolutivité des systèmes.


Profil recherché

  • +5 ans d'expérience en
    software engineering backend
    .
  • Maîtrise de
    Python
    (FastAPI, Flask ou Django) et de
    .NET (C#)
    .
  • Expérience dans le développement d'
    API REST
    , microservices et architectures distribuées.
  • Connaissance des
    bases de données SQL et NoSQL
    (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, Cosmos, etc.).
  • Utilisation de frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, etc.)
  • Expérience avec les environnements cloud (
    Azure
    ) et DevOps (Docker, CI/CD).
  • Niveau d'
    anglais conversationnel et fluide
    , en plus du français professionnel.
