About Us

ENVEE is a luxury women's activewear and lifestyle brand positioned as the Hermès/Chanel of performance wear. Alongside ENVEE, I am building my personal brand (Nao.Dahbi) as a father, entrepreneur, athlete, surfer, horse rider, and DJ.

We are looking for a
full-time Social Media Content Manager
who can manage both ENVEE and Nao.Dahbi accounts across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Snapchat. This role requires daily content creation, editing, publishing, and influencer outreach.

Responsibilities

  • Create and publish
    21 posts per week
    (3 per day), repurposed across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Snapchat.
  • Edit short-form videos (9:16 vertical) with subtitles, hooks, captions, and brand-aligned colors.
  • Manage influencer outreach:

    AI-powered outreach system is already being set up

  • Your job will be to personalize DMs, track responses, collect sizes/addresses, and follow up until UGC is delivered.
  • Secure at least
    8 UGC posts/week
    live from influencers.
  • Deliver a
    weekly KPI report
    (growth, reach, engagement, clicks, UGC).
  • Support PR outreach (pitch lists, journalist contacts).
  • Track influencer seeding process in CRM (contacted → replied → size/address → shipped → UGC posted).
  • Deliver a
    weekly KPI report
    (growth, reach, engagement, UGC posted, conversions).

Requirements

  • Proven experience editing vertical short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).
  • Strong command of English (captions, CTAs, hooks).
  • Organized, reliable, and able to deliver 21 posts every week without fail.
  • Familiar with influencer outreach or community management.

How to Apply

Phase 1: Application Requirements (before the test)

    and how many clients they currently serve.
  4. Their
    expected monthly rate in MAD.

Phase 2: Paid Test Brief (48h)

Objective:

This test is designed to evaluate your ability to:

  • Create short-form video content (Reels/TikTok/YouTube Shorts/Snap) aligned with
    ENVEE's (enveeofficial luxury activewear positioning
    and
    Nao.Dahbi's personal brand tone
    .
  • Apply brand colors, logo, hooks, captions, and storytelling style.
  • Show creativity using publicly available materials (no private asset folders will be shared).

Deliverables

Please submit the following within
48 hours
:

  1. 3 Edited Short-Form Videos (15–30 seconds each)

  2. Format: 9:16 vertical.

  3. Each must include:
  4. Hook (first 2–3 seconds)
    → attention-grabbing and aligned with luxury lifestyle or fitness.
  5. Subtitles/captions
    (clean, on-brand).
  6. ENVEE logo
    (you can take it from our Instagram profile).
  7. ENVEE brand colors
    (Butter Yellow #FFF2CC, Rose Gold #B76E79, White, Black).
  8. Content sources:
  9. ENVEE Instagram profile (logo, style reference).
  10. Nao.Dahbi Instagram profile (tone, personal brand inspiration).
  11. Free stock footage (Pexels, Pixabay, Mixkit, Videvo, Unsplash).
  12. Optional: your own creative assets.

  13. Captions (for each video)

  14. Storytelling style (not generic hashtags).

  15. Include max
    5 relevant hashtags

  16. Clear call to action (e.g., "Follow for luxury activewear inspiration" / "Discover how ENVEE redefines performance + elegance").

  17. Quick Notes

  18. A short explanation of what you did for each video (editing choices, footage selection, caption style).

Evaluation Criteria

We will evaluate based on:

  • Creativity:
    Ability to source relevant clips and style them for ENVEE's luxury positioning.
  • Editing Quality:
    Clean cuts, good pacing, use of captions, professional polish.
  • Brand Fit:
    Use of ENVEE colors, logo, and aspirational tone.
  • Consistency:
    Can you deliver 3 posts in 48 hours? (reliability check).

Submission Format

  • Send your 3 videos as Google Drive or Dropbox links (or directly attached).
  • Include captions + notes in a Word/Google Doc
