Nous recherchons un Head of SMC passionné et expérimenté pour rejoindre une grande entreprise internationale du secteur Télécom et Services Digitaux

Missions principales :

  • En tant que Head of SMC, vous garantissez la Qualité de Service (QoS) des actifs digitaux, en pilotant les activités de Service Level Management, Service Management, Problem Management et Change Management, avec une approche centrée sur l'expérience client et la performance opérationnelle

Responsabilités :

  • Définir et piloter les SLA et indicateurs de QoS.
  • Coordonner la gestion des incidents majeurs et piloter les plans d'actions correctifs.
  • Superviser l'analyse des causes racines et la gestion des problèmes récurrents.
  • Conduire le Change Management et animer le CAB.
  • Diffuser une culture d'amélioration continue et de qualité de service.

Profil recherché :

  • Diplôme d'ingénieur ou Bac+5 en informatique / systèmes d'information.
  • Minimum 8 ans d'expérience, dont au moins 3 en pilotage d'équipes techniques.
  • Excellente maîtrise des processus ITIL (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Level Management).
  • Expérience confirmée dans un contexte de plateformes digitales à forte volumétrie (super apps, paiement, TV, gaming, etc.).
  • Connaissances solides en supervision de service, monitoring applicatif/infrastructure et architecture digitale/cloud.
  • Leadership transversal, sang-froid en gestion de crise, excellentes capacités de communication.
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.
