Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Casablanca, with flexibility for some remote work as agreed. As the Call Center Operations Manager, you will oversee daily operations and ensure the efficient management of call center workflows. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring the call center team, analyzing performance metrics, optimizing workforce strategies, and driving customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in enhancing customer experience and streamlining processes to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Contact Center Management and Customer Satisfaction to ensure excellent service delivery and maintain high performance standards.
  • Proficiency in Operations Management and Workforce Management to oversee daily processes and optimize resource allocation effectively.
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate performance metrics, identify trends, and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage teams and resolve challenges effectively.
  • Experience in e-commerce or related industries is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
