Debt Support and Fact Finding Agent

Our growing team is looking for a Fact Finding Agent

Full-time work Monday - Friday

Key Skills

We are looking for someone with experience dealing with clients based in the UK. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, empathy, and a caring personality with a soft, understanding, non-judgmental approach. You will be dealing with vulnerable customers who suffer from depression, anxiety, and stress. Fluency in English with a subtle accent is a must for this role. You must understand this is a high-paced job role that has a sales quota, and you should be highly motivated and driven to succeed.

Debt Support Agent Requirements

  • 1-years of contact centre experienced

  • Must have good verbal English speaking skills

  • Attendance and participation at a meeting

  • Ability to adapt to change and adapt to new systems

  • Assist in growing the business

  • Effective communication

  • Timely completion of jobs

Empathy skills and good relationship-building skills

This job opportunity is target-driven, with a commission structure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 3,000.00DH - 5,000.00DH per month

Work Location: In person
