Office Manager (Sales & Operations) – UK Law Firm (Marrakech Office)

Location: Gueliz, Marrakech

Start Date: As soon as possible

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Salary: 7,000 – 8,000 MAD per month (based on experience).

Annual Leave: 22 days per year

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Office Manager (Sales & Operations) to lead and manage our Marrakech office. This is a senior, hands-on role suited to someone with a strong sales background who can drive performance, improve conversion rates, and ensure teams are working efficiently and to target.

This role is not purely administrative. The successful candidate must be commercially minded, confident managing sales-driven teams, and comfortable being accountable for results as well as day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Performance Management

  • Take ownership of sales performance and conversion rates across the office.
  • Work closely with sales/dialler teams to improve lead conversion and overall output.
  • Monitor daily and weekly KPIs including calls, conversions, productivity, and follow-ups.
  • Identify performance gaps and implement actions to improve results.
  • Promote a target-driven, results-focused culture.

Office & Team Leadership

  • Manage the day-to-day running of the Marrakech office.
  • Oversee team leaders across sales, case handling, and marketing functions.
  • Hold teams accountable to performance standards and expectations.
  • Act as the main operational link between the Marrakech office and UK management.

Reporting & Accountability

  • Produce daily and weekly performance reports for senior management.
  • Track attendance, punctuality, productivity, and staff conduct.
  • Escalate issues promptly with clear recommendations.

Operational & Administrative Oversight

  • Ensure internal systems and workflows run smoothly.
  • Support wage and bonus calculations based on attendance and performance.
  • Identify recruitment needs and support hiring decisions.
  • Assist with onboarding and staff training where required.

Client & Process Oversight

  • Ensure consistent client follow-up to maximise outcomes.
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose improvements.

Essential Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in an Office Manager, Operations Manager, Sales Manager, or Senior Team Leader role.
  • Proven sales experience in a performance-driven environment (call centre, telesales, lead generation, or similar).
  • Experience managing sales teams or sales team leaders.
  • Strong understanding of conversion rates, KPIs, and productivity metrics.
  • Excellent spoken and written English (this is essential due to regular communication with UK-based management and clients).
  • Confident leadership style with strong organisational and communication skills.

Desirable

  • Experience in legal services, claims management, or professional services.
  • Experience working with international or remote teams.
  • Experience managing bonus or incentive-driven teams.
