Un établissement de prestige à Rabat recrute son prochain Food & Beverage Manager pour piloter une offre culinaire ambitieuse et orchestrer l'ensemble de ses opérations F&B.
Avec 4 points de vente aux identités fortes et complémentaires – l'établissement propose des expériences raffinées à une clientèle locale et internationale exigeante.

Missions principales :
Le Manager F&B définit et met en œuvre la stratégie Food & Beverage, supervise les opérations quotidiennes, encadre les équipes managériales et opérationnelles, et veille à la qualité de service. Il est garant de la performance globale du département : gestion budgétaire, contrôle des coûts, respect des normes d'hygiène, développement d'offres créatives et déploiement d'actions commerciales ciblées.
Profil Requis :
- Expérience confirmée de minimum 5 ans dans un poste similaire, au sein de structures haut de gamme ou établissements lifestyle.
- Solide leadership, excellente maîtrise opérationnelle et sens stratégique développé
- Parfaite maîtrise du français et de l'anglais
