Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, based at The View Hotel Rabat in Morocco. The Front Office Reception Agent will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests during check-in and check-out, managing reservations, and ensuring excellent customer service. Additional duties include handling guest inquiries, coordinating with various hotel departments, and maintaining a welcoming and professional environment at the front office.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Receptionist Duties, Check-in processes, and Front Office operations
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Proficient in using hotel management systems and software
  • Ability to remain professional and courteous in high-pressure situations
  • Proficiency in multiple languages, including English and French, is highly desirable
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a strong advantage
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality are a plus
