- Expertise in CAD software (2D and 3D), with proven experience in creating, editing, and managing technical drawings.
- Autonomous, well-organized, and precise.
- Good command of English.

ChallengeCheck:
- Define layouts for new projects, ensuring compliance with company standards and best practices.
- Ensure that the risks of changes in processes are assessed and prioritized.
- Confirm that the savings and costs associated with changes are analyzed and highlighted.
- Provide simulations of layout proposals, supporting decision-making and optimization.
- Identify and propose improvement projects across all Hirschmann operational areas to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure smooth execution of layout changes and line installations, coordinating with relevant teams and stakeholders.
- Regularly calculate Free Production Space (FPS) to optimize plant layout and resource utilization.
