Description du poste

Nous cherchons un(e)
Operations Support Manager
disposant d'une solide expérience dans l'encadrement et l'accompagnement des équipes (entre collaborateurs), avec un background IT confirmé, idéalement dans le secteur du développement logiciels pour les fintech.

Compétences Techniques

  • Piloter et coordonner les activités de support applicatif au quotidien,
  • Gérer les escalades clients : analyse des causes, coordination des équipes internes, communication proactive et claire avec les parties prenantes,
  • Suivre et analyser les indicateurs de performance (KPIs), garantir le respect des SLA et proposer des plans d'amélioration continue.

  • Leadership opérationnel et capacité à motiver les équipes,
  • Gestion de la performance individuelle et collective,
  • Compétences en résolution de problèmes et gestion de situations complexes,
  • Sens du service client et orientation résultats,
  • Aptitude à piloter le changement dans un environnement en évolution,
  • Excellentes capacités de communication,
  • Esprit d'analyse et maîtrise des indicateurs de performance (KPIs).

Qualifications

  • Expérience en coordination transverse dans des contextes multiculturels,
  • Solide expérience (10 ans et plus) en management d'équipes et pilotage opérationnel,
  • Formation: Bac +5 ou école d'ingénieur en IT ou équivalent.
