Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Founder at Manpower1, located in Rabat. The Founder will be responsible for establishing and leading the company, setting strategic direction, securing funding, and building a strong team. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing operations, driving business development, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring the company meets its goals. The Founder will also be responsible for representing the company to clients, partners, and the public.

Qualifications

  • Experience in strategic planning, business development, and leadership
  • Fundraising and financial management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build and manage high-performance teams
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Previous entrepreneurial experience is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred
