PRODUCTIVITY

  • Is responsible of accounting framework beside exact cost of production
  • Animates and manage action plans (monitoring discard rates, updating ranges, nomenclatures, …) to assure accounting statements and exact cost of production adequacy

PRU AND HOURLY RATE

  • Participates to the PRU preparation and check its consistency in connection with the technical department and update changes in the information system
  • Calculates Hourly rate

PROFITABILITY'S STUDIES of POSITIVE

  • As part of progress strategy ensures financial issues' analysis and make recommendations on priority work axes
  • Participates in impact and projects' profitability studies
  • Realizes studies on plant's equipment return on investment
  • Analyses gaps between expected and real return on investment.
  • In case of cost price, margin or plant's result change beside budget goals, analyse causes, sets and follows action plans.
  • Analyses and follow every product margin

BUDGET AND REPORTING

  • Takes part in the follow-up of action plans budget with accounting department
  • Participates in budgetary approach
  • Ensures budget's preparation with finance controller
  • Takes part in closing process with all the department
  • Participates in site's monthly reporting actions towards internal and external clients (flash, monthly reporting, rolling forecast)
  • Takes part of management control and inventory policy defined on the site
