Role Overview

We are seeking an
Operations Manager
with a strong background in
marketing, event management, sales, and operations
. The ideal candidate will be a versatile professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, has excellent organizational and communication skills, and can manage multiple aspects of our events and platform operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Event Operations
    : Oversee end-to-end planning and execution of online and hybrid events on LOGYTalks.
  • Marketing & Promotion
    : Lead event marketing campaigns (social media, email, partnerships) to increase visibility and attendance.
  • Sales & Partnerships
    : Develop and maintain relationships with sponsors, partners, and clients to expand business opportunities.
  • Community Engagement
    : Support speakers, participants, and partners to ensure smooth communication and high-quality experiences.
  • Process Optimization
    : Improve internal workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and ensure operational excellence.
  • Reporting & KPIs
    : Track performance metrics (attendance, engagement, revenue) and present insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Proven 2 to 5 years of experience in
    event management, marketing.
  • Strong communication skills in
    English
    .
  • Experience with
    digital marketing tools
    .
  • Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work independently.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in international/global event settings is highly valued.
