Responsabilités:

  • Placer et gérer les bons de commande selon les requis de production.
  • Effectuer le suivi des bons de commandes avec les fournisseurs.
  • Communiquer l'information sur les pénuries et proposer des alternatives.
  • Régler les anomalies associées à la non-qualité des produits ou à la documentation.
  • Interagir avec plusieurs équipes multifonctions (Conformité des fournisseurs, Approvisionnement, Méthodes, Ingénierie, Comptes payables, etc.)
  • Mesurer mensuellement la performance des fournisseurs.
  • Assurer un service client exceptionnel aux sites d'assemblage.
  • Contribuer à la mise en œuvre et au respect de la politique HSE du site, en veillant à la prévention des risques professionnels, à la protection de l'environnement, et à la promotion d'une culture sécurité.
  • Appliquer les consignes SSE en vigueur sur site.
  • Identifier les situations à risque et signaler les anomalies.
  • Participer aux analyses des risques professionnels et impacts environnementaux.
  • Participer aux actions de sensibilisation, formations et exercices HSE.
  • Respecter le port des EPI et veiller à la propreté et à la sécurité de son poste de travail.
  • Collaborer avec le département SSE lors des audits, inspections, enquêtes d'accident et Go&See.
  • Contribuer à la réalisation des objectifs SSE définis par le site, notamment le "Zéro Accident".

Qualifications :

Bac+2/3 dans la logistique, Achats, Gestion des opérations ou formation connexe.

Excellentes habiletés en anglais (obligatoire) ;

Aptitudes pour la négociation, la gestion des priorités et vous êtes rigoureux dans vos suivis.
