Context
As a Planner, you will be responsible for the
efficient planning of production operations. Your role is essential to ensuring
resource availability, team coordination, and adherence to deadlines in order to maintain
optimal performance.
Your responsibilities include:
- Operations planning: develop and adjust
production schedules according to objectives, capacities and constraints. - Stock and supply monitoring: Control
raw material levels and coordinate with logistics teams to
avoid shortages. - Interdepartmental coordination: Collaborating with
production, quality and maintenance to ensure smooth operations. - Analysis and optimization: Identify bottlenecks
and propose solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs. - Reporting and communication: Provide regular reports
on the progress of plans and inform stakeholders of necessary adjustments.
Search Profile
- Diploma required: Baccalaureate level or higher.
- Experience: Experience in a manufacturing company
is highly desirable. - Languages: Fluent in Arabic and French, knowledge of
Chinese is an asset. - Good mastery of computer tools and
planning software. - Ability to work rotating shifts and adapt
to a dynamic industrial environment. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability
to work under pressure. - Team spirit and good communication skills.
- Availability to work in Nador and contribute to the
success of a new factory.
