Job Responsabilities
- Responsible for the overall work affairs and daily work management of the warehouse, coordinating the work between the department and various functional departments.
- Responsible for formulating and revising warehouse operation procedures and management systems, improving various processes and standards of warehouse management.
- Develop a warehouse work plan, summarize, report and analyze the warehouse work situation, and lead and supervise employees to complete target tasks.
- Responsible for assigning the daily work of warehouse keepers to ensure efficient, accurate, and orderly daily work.
- Warehouse rationalization layout and management, responsible for formulating accurate management standards for warehouse space planning, labeling, fire prevention, theft prevention, moisture prevention, and materials in each warehousing zone.
- Responsible for organizing the warehouse inventory work, ensure physical parts moving status same as system parts status.
- Provide work guidance and business knowledge training to warehouse personnel.
- Responsible for assessing warehouse personnel.
- Responsible for supervising the handling of defective and obsolete materials.
- Conduct on-site supervision and management of each warehouse and receiving and dispatching area, as well as the implementation status of 6S requirements and visual management.
- Self-disciplined with clean conduct, shall not damage the company's image and interests, and shall prevent commercial fraud.

Job Requirements
- Warehouse Operations - Utilizes warehousing tools, systems, and methodologies to meet defined metrics for inbound and outbound operations of a warehouse.
- Trade Knowledge Application - Applies knowledge of relevant trade regulations to Zoomlion processes and systems to minimize trade risks and costs.
- Supply Chain Knowledge - Influences, with the ability to concisely explain and / or elaborate on, the multi - disciplined and end - to - end integration of the flow of information, products, and services to achieve the desired result for the end customer within the first - fit or aftermarket business segments while balancing the tensions of inventory, cost, and delivery.
- Project Management - Establishes and maintains the balance of scope, schedule and resources for a temporary effort (a " project").
- Optimizes work processes - Knowing the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Manages complexity - Making sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration from university or in supply chain.
- Moderate level of relevant work experience is required. SAP and other ERP system super user experience is preferred.
