Job Description
- Ensures planning of services, goals, capacity and coordination of specific subjects within the area of responsibility
- Ensures full compliance with LEONI procedures and respect of Norms IATF, ISO14001, etc.
- Supports creation and release of department internal instructions
- Supports and ensures optimization and standardization of new and existing processes
Qualifications
- Level of Education: Higher education (BAC+2/+3).
- Branch Of Study: Production / Supply chain
- Experience : 2 years
- Language : French
- Social competences: Communication /Social &
- intercultural sensitivity / Change management /Target & result orientation/ Motivation & resilience /Self organization/Conflict management / Teamwork
- Professional competence: Master the Lean Manufacturing, Hoshin Karni & Continuous Improvement Technique
