We are currently looking for motivated and professional English-speaking Call Agents to join our growing team in Marrakech.

Our modern office is ideally located next to a bus station, making your daily commute easy and stress-free.

Your Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls in a professional, confident, and friendly manner
  • Communicate clearly with clients in English
  • Handle phone and email inquiries efficiently
  • Maintain accurate call records and client information
  • Use basic Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and high service standards

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent English (spoken & written) – mandatory
  • Must be currently located in Marrakech
  • Previous experience in a call center, sales, or customer service is a strong plus
  • Strong communication skills and a professional attitude
  • Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office tools
  • Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn
  • Able to work on-site (this is not a remote position)

What We Offer

  • Trial Period: First 7 days
  • Salary: 4,500 – 5,500 MAD/month (depending on experience)
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday only – weekends off
  • Work Environment: Modern office, friendly and supportive team
