Sales Support Pricing Specialist Freight Forwarding

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Support Pricing Specialist to support our sales team by managing pricing activities and delivering competitive freight quotations. The role requires strong industry knowledge and hands-on experience in freight forwarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage freight quotations (air, ocean, and/or road)
- Request and negotiate rates with carriers, agents, and overseas partners
- Support sales with pricing strategies, RFQs, and tenders
- Analyze market trends and ensure competitive and profitable pricing
- Maintain pricing databases and rate sheets throught CRM
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely responses to sales inquiries
Profile & Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in pricing, sales support, or operations within freight forwarding
- Strong knowledge of freight forwarding processes and international transport
- Solid understanding of air, ocean, and/or road freight pricing structures
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Proficient in English (spoken and written)
- Good command of MS Excel and pricing tools
