Mission principale

Assurer la gestion et le développement du portefeuille clients existant tout en identifiant de nouvelles opportunités commerciales. Contribuer à la stratégie de croissance de l'entreprise et évoluer, à moyen terme, vers un rôle d'encadrement d'équipe commerciale.

Responsabilités

  • Développer et fidéliser le portefeuille clients et partenaires.
  • Prospecter de nouveaux clients et agents, au Maroc comme à l'international.
  • Négocier les taux de fret et garantir des conditions compétitives.
  • Assurer le suivi des opérations en collaboration avec les équipes CSD & Operations.
  • Atteindre les objectifs de chiffre d'affaires mensuels et trimestriels.
  • Participer à l'élaboration et à la mise en œuvre de la stratégie commerciale.

Profil recherché

  • Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en freight forwarding, transit ou logistique internationale.
  • Excellentes aptitudes en négociation et communication.
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (une troisième langue est un plus).
  • Autonomie, orientation résultats et sens de l'initiative.
  • Portefeuille clients solide et références vérifiables sur des opérations récentes.

Rémunération

  • Environ MAD nets, ajustable selon l'expérience et la qualité du portefeuille.
  • Commissions sur les ventes selon la politique commerciale de l'entreprise.
