En tant que Sales Executive, vous serez un acteur clé du développement commercial de nos activités sur la région de Casablanca. Vous aurez pour mission de :
Développement commercial :
Identifier et prospecter de nouveaux clients potentiels sur les activités Ligne armateur et Freight Forwarding.
Développer et entretenir des relations commerciales solides avec les clients existants.
Assurer un suivi rigoureux des opportunités commerciales et des négociations.
Gestion et suivi des clients :
Analyser les besoins des clients et leur proposer des solutions adaptées.
Assurer la gestion et le suivi des contrats et des accords commerciaux.
Garantir un service client de qualité et assurer la satisfaction des clients.
Coordonner avec les équipes opérationnelles pour assurer la bonne exécution des opérations.
Veille et reporting :
Assurer une veille concurrentielle et analyser les tendances du marché.
Établir des rapports d'activité et suivre les performances commerciales.
Compétences requises :
Connaissance du secteur du transport et de la logistique.
Maîtrise des solutions de Freight Forwarding et des services de ligne armateur.
Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques et des logiciels de gestion commerciale (CRM, Excel, etc.).
Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral.
Capacité à analyser les besoins clients et à proposer des solutions adaptées (analyse, synthèse et communication).
Compétences en gestion de portefeuille client et en développement commercial.
Autonomie et gestion du stress.
Profil recherché :
Expérience avérée dans une fonction commerciale dans le secteur du transport et de la logistique.
Forte capacité de négociation et aisance relationnelle.
Orientation résultats et esprit d'initiative.
