Position Summary

The Lean Engineer will support the establishment and continuous improvement of the company's lean management system and production standardization. The role focuses on driving operational excellence through lean improvement projects, process optimization, and lean culture deployment on the production floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish, lead, and implement lean improvement projects
• Deliver lean training sessions and coach teams on lean practices
• Promote and embed lean culture within production operations
• Apply lean production tools to improve efficiency and production cycles
• Conduct value stream mapping and optimize process, material, and information flows
• Support production standardization system development through lean practices
• Assist department management in implementing related improvement initiatives
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications

Education

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related Engineering field

Experience

• Minimum
  2 years of experience
  in lean improvement or lean management
• Experience in
  automotive, wind power, machinery, or industrial manufacturing
  is highly preferred

Skills

• Strong proficiency in lean tools and on-site improvement methods
• Experience in lean training and project coaching
• Fluent in English
  (mandatory)
• Strong communication and change management skills
