Production Engineer – Wind Blade Manufacturing


Nador, Morocco

Aeolon Renewable Energy Morocco is a global industrial group specialized in wind turbine blade manufacturing. As part of our expansion in Morocco, we are looking for a
Production Engineer
to support shop-floor performance and process optimization in a structured manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily production operations and ensure process stability
  • Analyze production KPIs (efficiency, scrap rate, downtime)
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, Kaizen)
  • Participate in process validation, line balancing, and industrialization
  • Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams
  • Ensure compliance with QHSE standards on the shop floor
  • Prepare technical reports and follow up on action plans

Required Profile

  • Engineering degree (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or equivalent)
  • Minimum
    3 years of experience
    in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Experience in production, methods, or continuous improvement roles
  • Strong understanding of shop-floor operations
  • Wind, composites, or renewable energy experience is a strong plus
