is a storytelling-driven creative agency working with brands in Morocco, the UAE, and internationally. We create content that connects emotionally, performs strategically, and turns attention into real business opportunities.

We are looking for a
highly creative, emotionally intelligent, and polyvalent intern
to join Madar's content team. This role blends storytelling, human psychology, content creation, and on-set video production.

You will learn directly inside a high-level creative agency where
speed, precision, and emotional depth
matter. This internship is ideal for someone passionate about stories, people, and digital content, and who wants to grow fast in the creative industry.

Key Responsibilities

A. Storytelling & Scriptwriting

• Write scripts for short-form and long-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube)
• Develop emotionally driven and psychology-based storytelling concepts
• Research audience insights and behavioral triggers to craft impactful narratives
• Transform raw ideas into clear, structured, and engaging content

B. Content Creation

• Generate fresh content ideas for brands across multiple industries
• Assist in building content calendars, idea lists, and creative frameworks
• Adapt content to Madar's storytelling identity and brand voice

C. Production & Shooting

• Participate in on-site shooting days with Madar's clients
• Support scene setup, lighting, sound, and camera preparation
• Coordinate with videographers and the creative team to ensure smooth production

D. Editing & Post-Production

• Edit videos for social media using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
• Add subtitles, transitions, sound effects, and branding elements
• Ensure all outputs meet Madar's premium quality standards

Requirements

A.
Languages

• Fluent in Arabic (Darija & Standard), French, and English

B.
Creative Skills

• Strong sense of storytelling and narrative structure
• Ability to evoke emotion through words and visuals
• Understanding of human psychology and audience behavior
• Strong creative ideation and problem-solving skills
• Good awareness of social media culture (hooks, retention, viral structures)

C.
Technical Skills

• Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
• Comfortable working on set and handling basic equipment
• Basic understanding of filming techniques
• Content planning, organization, and basic data analysis
