Vous êtes créatif(ve), à l'aise devant la caméra et passionné(e) par le marketing digital et l'acquisition de trafic ?

Nous recrutons un(e) Content Creator UGC & Traffic Acquisition Specialist pour rejoindre une équipe dynamique, agile et orientée performance.

Vos missions :

  • Création de contenu UGC
  • Produire des vidéos authentiques et engageantes (formats courts, témoignages, démonstrations, unboxing…).
  • Rédiger des scripts et scénarios alignés avec les objectifs marketing.
  • Participer à la création de contenus pour TikTok, Instagram, Facebook et YouTube.
  • Assurer le montage, l'édition et l'optimisation des vidéos pour maximiser la performance.

Traffic Management :

  • Déployer, optimiser et suivre des campagnes publicitaires (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads).
  • Analyser les KPI (CPC, ROAS, CPL…) et proposer des actions d'amélioration continue.
  • Gérer le suivi des audiences, pixels, conversions et stratégies de remarketing.

Profil recherché :

  • Expérience confirmée en création de contenu UGC et/ou en media buying.
  • Excellente connaissance des tendances TikTok, Reels et formats courts.
  • Compétences solides en storytelling, créativité et rédaction.
  • Maîtrise des outils d'édition : CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva ou équivalents.
  • Sens analytique, data-driven et orienté résultats.
