Product Designer Senior


Ta mission

En tant que Product Designer Senior, tu joueras un rôle clé dans la conception d'expériences intuitives, cohérentes et esthétiques. Tu interviendras sur
l'ensemble du cycle de design
: recherche utilisateur, idéation, prototypage, tests, design system et accompagnement à la mise en production.

Tu collaboreras étroitement avec les équipes Produit, Tech et Métier pour imaginer, prototyper et faire évoluer des interfaces utilisées par des milliers d'utilisateurs.


Ce que tu feras

  • Concevoir des expériences fluides et centrées utilisateur, aussi bien pour nos collaborateurs que pour nos clients.
  • Piloter la création de maquettes high-fidelity et garantir une expérience cohérente avec notre design system.
  • Mener des recherches utilisateurs : interviews, tests, ateliers, analyse des irritants.
  • Construire et faire évoluer un design system à grande échelle.
  • Travailler main dans la main avec les équipes tech pour assurer faisabilité et qualité.
  • Porter la vision design d'un ou plusieurs produits stratégiques.
  • Assurer une veille active et proposer des améliorations continues.


Profil recherché

  • 7+ ans d'expérience
    en Product Design / UX/UI.
  • Excellente maîtrise de
    Figma
    (avancée + collaboratif).
  • Solide expérience en
    recherche utilisateur
    , prototypage, testing, design system.
  • Capacité à piloter plusieurs projets et fédérer les parties prenantes.
  • Très bonne compréhension des environnements SaaS B2B ou produits complexes.
  • Bilingue français / anglais
    .
