Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Procurement Specialist located in the Prefecture of Casablanca-Settat. The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process, including creating and processing purchase orders, evaluating suppliers, and negotiating contracts. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services, maintaining compliance with company policies and international standards. Additionally, the Procurement Specialist will analyze market trends and data to optimize procurement strategies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in executing Purchase Orders and strong knowledge of Procurement processes
• Experience in Supplier Evaluation and Contract Negotiation to establish and maintain effective vendor relationships
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends, manage budgets, and optimize procurement strategies
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with local and international procurement regulations is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in logistics, life support, or operations industries is beneficial
