Sales Manager Terrain

Missions principales
- Prospecter activement de nouveaux clients corporate (terrain, rendez-vous physiques, networking).
- Identifier et qualifier les opportunités MICE, Business Travel et packages groupes.
- Présenter l'agence, ses offres et ses solutions sur mesure.
- Négocier, conclure les ventes et ouvrir de nouveaux comptes clients.
- Assurer le suivi commercial jusqu'à la signature et la transmission aux équipes internes.
- Renseigner et suivre les actions commerciales dans le CRM.
Profil recherché
- Formation commerciale, marketing ou tourisme (Bac+3 minimum).
- Expérience confirmée en vente terrain B2B (idéalement MICE, voyages ou services).
- Solides compétences en prospection, négociation et closing.
- Excellent relationnel, sens du contact et aisance en rendez-vous clients.
- Autonomie, esprit chasseur et forte orientation résultats.
- Bonne connaissance du tissu économique local.
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais
- À l'aise avec les outils CRM et le reporting commercial.
Salaire net fixe + variable selon C.A
