Nous recherchons un(e) 
Incident Manager Cloud
 pour gérer les incidents sur une plateforme de véhicules connectés.

Missions :

  • Piloter la gestion des incidents et garantir le respect des SLA.
  • Suivre, documenter et escalader les incidents.
  • Consolider les informations pour reporting et proposer des actions correctives.
  • Organiser et diriger la cellule de crise si nécessaire.

Profil :

  • Bac +5 en informatique.
  • 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en gestion d'incidents Cloud, ITIL V3, ISO 20000.
  • Méthodologiques : référentiels et normes : ITIL V3, ISO 20000, méthodes d'analyse post-mortem, de gestion de crises, de gestion des risques
  • Techniques : Outils ITSM (ServiceNow) maitrise du Pack Office : Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Cloud : 
    AZURE
     (GCP si possible)
