Mission

• To lead the successful implementation and management of cloud and network infrastructure projects, ensuring that all services are delivered on time, within scope, and in accordance with technical standards, thereby supporting the organization's vision of providing reliable and innovative cloud solutions.
• Work very closely with the development teams and their POs for any questions, clarification to avoid misunderstanding during development sprints
• Work very closely with the ops teams to reach lead time KPI to deliver in production
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure deployment success
• Along with capacity planning, manage and monitor the Total Cost of Ownership of the project

Main activities

• Drive end-to-end deployment and integration of services within OPC (OINIS Private Cloud).
• Coordinate with customers, network teams, network architects, lab teams, security, and build & run teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to meet deployment milestones.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with technical standards, security policies, and best practices.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and prepare comprehensive project documentation.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and clients to align expectations and deliverables.

Within the Telco Cloud program, the Program & Transversal team is dedicated to managing cross-functional projects supporting the deployment, migration, and qualification of Telco Cloud products. The team ensures seamless service delivery, infrastructure migration, and environment enhancement to meet customer needs and improve product quality
