About the client and the role
Our client is a well-established organization operating in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As part of the strengthening of its Finance function, the company is looking to recruit a Financial Controller to support financial performance monitoring, reporting, and decision-making.
This role will work closely with Finance, Operations, and Management teams, contributing to cost control, financial analysis, and the continuous improvement of financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and periodic financial reporting
- Analyze variances between actual results and forecasts, and provide actionable insights
- Monitor costs and support cost optimization initiatives
- Develop and maintain financial dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Participate in monthly and annual closing activities in coordination with Accounting teams
- Support operational teams with financial analysis and performance tracking
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and financial policies
- Contribute to the improvement and standardization of financial processes and reporting
Skills and Qualifications
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or a related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Financial Controlling or Management Control
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with cross-functional stakeholders
