Your Role as an Site Accounting Support

  • Manage month-end closing operations including MAES review, accruals, cut-offs, and stock in transit in coordination with the Shared Service Center (SSC).
  • Oversee provisions for risks and liabilities to ensure exhaustiveness.
  • Manage the complete lifecycle of Fixed Assets: assets in progress, depreciation start, physical inventory, and write-offs.
  • Prepare the Business Unit Closing binder using SSC and Site data, ensuring validation by the Site Financial Controller.
  • Lead the monthly closing binder review and implement defined action plans.
  • Resolve supplier and customer litigations, including unmatched invoices and quality/logistics incidents.
  • Ensure all invoicing prerequisites are met for specific flows (Prototypes, Tooling, R&D, Intercompany).
  • Act as the primary interface with the SSC for site-related travel expenses.
  • Coordinate with the Country Cash Manager for payment approvals.
  • Drive cash collection by participating in weekly overdue meetings and following up on action plans.
  • Manage the local archiving of financial documents and supporting evidence.

What we are looking for

  • More than 2 years of experience, preferrably in the automotive industry.
  • Bac+5 in finance or similar fields.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Communication skills over the roof.
  • Proficiency in SAP
